Preconstruction Planning Phase

Cost, quality, and schedule influence every decision made throughout the construction process. We rely on over twenty five years of experience to carefully address these decisions in advance. Our goal is to contribute as early as possible by offering the following services:

Coordinating with architects in designing structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical plans to ensure properly working systems without sacrificing aesthetic design.
Evaluation and exploration of alternate methods and materials to reduce cost.
Preparation of preconstruction cost estimates during design development to help forecast costs and meet budget objectives.
Evaluation of final working drawings for completeness and accuracy prior to bidding.

Construction Phase

Newform Construction provides the comprehensive and efficient construction management service. By providing a highly organized system that minimizes time required by clients, we can ensure our projects run smoothly and effectively.

CONSTRUCTION COST CONTROL

A bimonthly billing statement outlining the current budget, cost to complete the project, and the percentage complete on the project.

List of current contracts and line item budgets associated with each item and a detailed analysis of pricing per trade.

Value engineering suggestions which incorporate a selection of cost effective materials and construction methodology.

SUBCONTRACTOR CONTRACT CONTROL AND DETAILED APPROVAL PROCESS

Newform Construction has developed attorney drafted agreements which are clearly defined, and tailor made for each trade. This ensures that all subcontractors perform to the level of Newform Construction's standards.

Clients receive an outline of all subcontractor proposals along with Newform Construction's own bid analysis detailing each subcontractor's scope of work and price breakdown.

CRITICAL PATH SCHEDULING AND ONLINE SITE MANAGEMENT

We offer critical path scheduling which effectively charts the progress of construction on a daily basis, allowing constant management updates throughout all phases of construction. Critical path scheduling helps Project Managers and clients identify and secure materials that require long lead times, helping meet schedule requirements.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION

Newform Construction recognizes that our clients time is extremely valuable, which is why we provide online site management with webcam technology. An online database along with live streaming video, accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection, allows clients to track progress without ever visiting the jobsite.

Weekly progress reports are available to clients and the design team outlining completed work and the work scheduled for the upcoming week. Project Managers also hold weekly client meetings with the design team to review ongoing progress.

ONSITE PROJECT CONTROL

Newform Construction employs fulltime Project Managers and Superintendents who oversee the entire construction process. Field offices are equipped with the latest computer and communications equipment for up-to-date information on schedules, budgets, and real time design development decisions.

RISK MANAGEMENT AND INSURANCE

Newform Construction carries all the proper insurance certificates, verifies and maintains that all subcontractors are current.

Post Construction Phases

Newform Construction's commitment to client satisfaction extends far beyond the completion of construction. Post-construction services include:

A detailed walkthrough and analysis to ensure our clients are satisfied with each area of construction.
A complete list of recommended maintenance items is prepared prior to move in.
Warranty booklets are organized and explained in detail to the client.
Newform Construction's work is warranted for one year, with many manufactured items receiving longer warranties.
All warrantee items that need repair are given immediate attention and follow through.
Maintenance contracts are available through our customer service division.
